HRBS is headed by Keith Silman, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with international company Arthur Andersen. Originally specialising in taxation, in 1990 he became a business accounting systems specialist, designing and implementing accounting systems for medium and tiny sized businesses. Keith has over twenty years knowledge as an accountant and tax advisor, Business Consultant, Finance/IT manager, Small Business Advisor/Mentor and Quickbooks trainer. He is a very experienced Quickbooks authorised Professional Advisor having designed and implemented Quickbooks systems for over thirteen years.
