My name is Holly Wincote and I chose to be a hynotherapist because I believe in empowering people to overcome their problems, take control of their lives and be the person they want to be. Hypnotherapy isn't something I do to you but is a joint venture between us and requires your input and commitment. I use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) techniques.
