Fletchers Waste Management

Good customer service, very easy to book online, theres all the information you need to decide which skip size is best for your needs. Driver was great,he was chatty and freindly and very professional, we had the skip dropped off at 7am he was very considerate to our neighbours that may have still been in bed. It's our second skip in 3 years from fletchers, overall 10/10

Threw items on the lawn!!
Skip arrived a day early at 6:15am! Not a major issue . Neighbours not so keen.
On collection (I was away) the driver decided to take out some items ( a wooden door a cardboard box and some other bits , none on the banned list ) and throw them on my front lawn! Not sure why, never had this before.
Must be too busy now to need my custom again.
Also the 6yd skip had really low ends, good for heavy stone etc but not great for bulky lighter items.

Excellent company

Excellent service, ordered an 8 yard skip for next day delivery, driver was prompt and despite initially struggling to find our address (not the company's fault everyone struggles) after a quick phone call where the driver was very polite the skip was dropped off, we didn't need the full seven days and after just a quick email the skip was picked up we will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommended
