I rang Cleaning Pro to ask if there was anything I could try myself before hiring Cleaning Pro to clean off a large ink stain on my car's leather seat. I apologised for being cheeking! Cleaning Pro couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Their advice was spot on. The ink came off easily using the advice given. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for leather or carpet cleaning needs.

Absolutely fantastic service by Shaun today. On time, swift and thorough. My carpets were very much in need of some care and Shaun managed to return them to their former glory. We had shaun come out from cleaning pro to quote for our tiled floors throughout the downstairs of our home. His knowledge and kind manners put me at ease straight away. He went into great detail on how his work was guaranteed to get good honest results and the steps he’d take to achieve them. His truck mounted machine and high end tools looked like the company had invested vast amounts of money to achieve the results he said we should expect. On the day he was on time and extremely punctual. He made sure to protect our other floors and furnishings to ensure they wasn’t damaged by laying down protective covers. It wasn’t a five minute job and he was very critical to detail. Wow he brought our floors back to live. My husband is in the flooring trade and said the tiles had seen there best days so not to expect miracles. When he seen the results he was as shocked as I was and we are both so great full shaun saved us thousands of pounds as we thought the flooring needed replacing. We would highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for as they say and this time we really did.
