The mats themselves are lovely and I am delighted; they are worth every penny and very reasonably priced. I have seen much more expensive ones which are nowhere near as good. I was a bit dubious about ordering something which I had not actually seen, but I need not have worried. I needed three pedestal mats and one bath mat. Most places only sell them as a two-part set, comprising one pedestal mat and one bath mat. I was able to order exactly what I needed from Century Mills. The mats are plush, really soft and superb quality. The backing really is non-slip, just as advertised.
The lady who dealt with me on the 'phone (think her name was Theresa) was extremely helpful, polite and courteous and couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely shop with Century Mills again.

Brilliant selection and very helpful staff.Some of these highend department stores could do with looking at the wonderful customer service and learn from it. Visited today for five roller blinds and the staff were so so helpful. I will certainly go there first for any future purchases.
